As a Product Delivery Manager in the Product Delivery team, you drive strategic initiatives and deliver innovative solutions that support our business objectives. You translate business requirements into practical solutions that enhance competitiveness and profitability. You utilize your expertise in Teradata, Snowflake, AWS, and SQL querying to deliver impactful results.
Job responsibilities
- Develop product vision and strategy, transforming them into market-ready products
- Conduct market research and integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap
- Maintain a product backlog to support delivery of the roadmap and value proposition
- Define key metrics for product success and measure outcomes against goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous value to users
- Guide agile product management through user stories and product specifications
- Lead change management activities, ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- MBA degree from a top-tier business school
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product lifecycle management or platform-wide release management
- Strong understanding of agile software development with familiarity working with Bitbucket, Confluence, and Jira
- Experience in data consumption, publishing, and orchestration on the AWS platform
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- AWS certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
- Experience with AWS services including Enterprise Data Lake, Data Mesh, SNS, SQS, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation
- Familiarity with data management and integration tools
- Knowledge of Snowflake or other enterprise database platforms
