Description : The Card Pricing Product Analyst will contribute to the way we manage the disclosed credit card terms on a customer's account by partnering with cross-functional teams to build and refine pricing capabilities that influence the customer experience and support strategic business initiatives. This position sits within the Marketing, Growth & Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group. Responsibilities : - Leading and supporting initiatives by collaborating across teams within the Credit Card organization to understand business requirements - Define the requirements in partnership with software engineers - Drive the requirements through build, test, and deployment - Support the product's backlog prioritization and ensure proper documentation for a strong control environment Required qualifications, capabilities and skills : - Requires at least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst/Product analyst role preferably with Agile methodology, process & execution - Requires experience developing business requirements, writing stories, preferably working knowledge for creating use cases and acceptance criteria - Background/Experience in product development or related experience preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel (Pivot), Word, and PowerPoint. - Working experience creating process flows using Visio. - Working knowledge of Agile process and principles, including use of Agile project management tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc.) Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills : - Ability to manage, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously - Be results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Possess strong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams and ability to effectively communicate (both verbal and written) across all levels and functions - Ability to promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
