The Product Associate/Analyst is an integral member of the Agile Product and will primarily be tasked with helping ensure the successful IT implementation of Business Strategy and Value. This is a dynamic, leadership role that will provide the opportunity to support and at times co-lead in a fast-paced, team centric environment. Daily interactions will be with both Business centric, IT centric teams and blended teams which may be across time zones. A successful candidate will have a high sense of urgency, a sense of accomplishment by the success of the team, the ability to handle several high-priority items concurrently, know how to thrive in and support teams as needed and is comfortable making decisions sometimes leveraging incomplete information. Primary Responsibilities: - Creating user stories in JIRA or any other agile tool. Following INVEST principal to create user stories. - Create and maintain prioritized backlog. - Defining acceptance test criteria in JIRA. It is also expected to define the automated test using BDD or TDD approach. Creating test data for the test automation. - Creating UML diagrams: Class diagram, Sequence Diagram and Flow/Activity Diagram in VISIO or any other UML tool. - Maintain feature & product artifacts on Confluence, Teams, etc. - Assess, understand and measure customer need and value drivers - Prioritizes work for delivery teams relative to product roadmap. Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills: - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software development companies. - Financial Technology experience of 2 years - Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager. - Demonstrated experience writing Agile user stories - Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to forge lasting relationships with the scrum team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - CSM and CSPO certifications preferrable Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Experience with the US Mortgages and knowledge about Business Processes related to the same - Agile Experience with tools such as Jira and understanding of Backlog Prioritization Techniques - Experience in product management focused on technology products is an advantage - Strategic thinker with the ability to drive execution at a detailed level. Strong communication skills, both oral and written (able to effectively communicate/influence thru various levels in the organization).
