Description: As a Cash Operations Transaction Processing Team Leader, you'll fund accounts, monitor account balances, and reconcile daily statements to identify the reason for breaks. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Projections Team when funding the Treasury owned nostros - Ensure all currency accounts are funded in due cut-off time - Any delays are well informed in advance and should have business justification for same - Identify / investigate funding discrepancy and follow up with relevant stakeholder to resolve the same before funding the nostro - Escalate any issues timely - Ensure accounts are closed Flat or with bare minimum balance - Investigate the cause of adverse closing balance on the nostro account; highlight the cause to relevant stakeholder to avoid the cascading effect on following day's funding - Ensure that there are no funding breaks from previous day that could impact funding on value date - Ensure that all deals are book by the Corp Treasury to square off the position on Legal Entities that you manage - Develop subject matter expertise on the process along with managing daily BAU, MIS, etc. - You need to be good at multi-tasking and be able to connect with internal / external stakeholders confidently - Maintain strong discipline to follow control and culture established in the process This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: - Strong written and oral communication skills - At least 2+ years of experience of Payments, Cash, Treasury Operation dealing with operational process, controls and problem solving - Desirable - Working knowledge of Banking Operations - Computer navigation skills - College degree and four or more years of banking experience in a leadership role or four or more years of Banking Operation Experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office products JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
