Responsibilities : - Responsible for managing reasonable accommodations requests - Working closely with HRBAs on offboarding cases and managing such cases sensitively - Manage large amounts of employee confidential data and generate customized reports - Compile information from multiple data sources in order to reconcile employee information - Partner with various teams such as procurement, vendors, Transitions & assistive tech to appropriately manage smooth delivery - Evaluating processes to incorporate efficiencies and/or identify areas for improvement Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree preferred with 3 years' experience in an analyst role or 8+ years of relevant business operations experience - Strong process-orientation; seeks to integrate work and processes across teams - Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills; works easily with employees at different levels, vendors and across global team building relationships - Strong organizational skills including effective prioritization, multi-tasking and ability to focus - Must be process-oriented; a problem solver with excellent analytical skills - Microsoft Suite experience -Power point,.
