The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.   The Consumer Banking Specialist is responsible for providing timely resolutions to our Consumer and Community Banking customer's queries. They will connect with our customers through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards and other issues.  Roles and Responsibilities:  Conducts comprehensive, complex analysis and evaluations of business needs and plans. Provides analytical support for policy and process change recommendations to quantify financial, operational and attrition impacts to influence decisions. Applies highly technical skills to compile necessary information. Will use SAS, Teradata, Cognos, Oracle DB, and MS Office analysis tools to complete analysis requirements. Consults with business units to develop solutions to business problems and creates short and long-range plans to satisfy business objectives.  Manages / conducts initial research, evaluation, and analysis for the most critical and complicated projects. Formulates complex proposals. High degree of judgment and independent decision making required for complex issues.  May manage or mentor/direct less experienced business analysts.  Works with analysts, management and third party personnel to obtain effective results.  Qualification  Bachelor's degree, master's degree in quantitative field preferred. Has advanced, thorough knowledge and understanding of the assigned business area(s) and their technical needs. Has a minimum of 8 years business problem analysis experience, business systems planning, consulting, and design, and data processing. Expertise in utilizing SAS, Teradata, Oracle and MS Office analysis tools.
