As a Quant Analytics Manager in the Distribution Network Planning team, you guide a team of professionals to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic investments and optimize our retail network. You partner with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and enhance customer experience through data-driven decision making.
Job responsibilities:
- Guide stakeholders in identifying new branch builds and market expansion opportunities using data-driven insights
- Lead branch network optimization analysis, including consolidations, relocations, and redevelopments
- Monitor branch profitability and performance, providing actionable recommendations to senior executives
- Assist with ATM network planning and analysis to optimize coverage and accessibility
- Track customer behavior and branch engagement, translating findings into strategies that drive business growth
- Build presentations and data visualizations to effectively convey analytical findings and influence decisions
- Mentor and coach team members, driving consistent high performance
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Twelve or more years of industry experience in strategy, finance, business analytics, real estate, or other quantitative roles, including leadership of complex projects
- Three or more years of experience managing strategy, finance, analysis, or data science teams
- Ability to convey complex information in an understandable, compelling, and persuasive manner to senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience in wrangling large, complex datasets and automating data processes
- Proven track record in delivering analytics solutions under strict timelines
- Strong data controls mindset ensuring appropriate documentation, testing, and validation
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Master's degree in an analytical field or business degree / MBA with an extensive track record as an analytics practitioner
- Prior financial services, management consulting, or corporate strategy experience
- Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
