GRE India Operations Analytics Manager, Mumbai Description : Global Real Estate Operations Analytics Manager (Associate level 601/602) Reporting to : India GRE Operations manager / India Location Manager - For the India Global Real Estate, You'll work to identify opportunities, create efficiencies, bring in alignment in the area of reports, data, tracking cost vs budget, coordinate for local accounting related matters in coordination with Regional Finance team, processes improvement initiatives, operational controls and brining in consistency amongst the operations of three hubs (Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and other Tier 2 cities) - As an Associate within JPMC's Global Real Estate (GRE), you will efficiently partner with Property management teams, managed vendor partners, Regional team members, local Functional teams, to provide required expertise in running real estate operations efficiently, data driven and in full compliance. - You will drive innovation, execution of strategy, ensure operational effectiveness, manage risk and maintain our global reputation for excellence. Key Job responsibilities : - Participate in/drive various areas real estate operations. Engage with the right resources and build relationships to meet goals. Track, analyze, report, and address property operational issues while identifying, documenting, and vetting potential solutions. - Lead or participate in the development of a critical real estate initiatives, which may include improvements in process, organization, people and/or technology. Collect, consolidate, and organize data to perform analyses, test hypotheses, and size opportunities. Synthesize findings, formulate recommendations, and develop change support materials for improvements. - Lead or participate in real estate operations and FM projects and tasks that involve data analysis methods driven by business need. Identify connections between business opportunities, challenges, and underlying data. Compile and present analysis back to stakeholders in a concise and effective manner - Use of digital tool to ensure all local regulatory certifications are tracked to ensure compliance with regulation and with JPMC requirements such as mandatory trainings completed in time by vendor staff, local fire insurance, Fixed asset register & management, E-waste authority submissions under the advise of Licensing & Regulatory team, Vendor registration, TPO governance, Resilience & incident management, Department Records management, centralized data, review of Standard operating procedures, secured shared drive its access eligibility, review of board resolutions and signatories, assist in local cost sharing process, etc.. - Real estate payable/invoices to Landlords per lease and its cost centers, coordinate for TDS certificates & TAX related queries, substantiation of account balances and other local coordination required by Regional Finance & Controllers. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills : - Excellent problem-solving , analytical, reporting & tracking skills, and an ability to thrive in process driven and ever changing environment - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - A strong team player who is proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Aptitude to digest, handle large amounts of data/information while using it to develop innovative solutions with strong attention to detail - Strong negotiations and influencing skills - Master's in accounting degree or higher with superior academic credentials AND/OR 7+ years real estate relevant experience preferred in at least one of the following : a. Commercial property management b. Commercial facilities management c. Construction industry d. Real estate financial modeling, Vendor management e.
