Learning Process Specialist Description: Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with the stakeholders to understand the training need. - Collaborate with the PX team to source the content and liaison with Learning Digital team to design and develop the content - Design and Maintain a central learning portal - Develops a digital learning technology stack for HRS team - Partner with HRS leadership team to develop and deploy the trainings needed including the transformational skills and product skills - Analyze the measurement metrics and design the apt learning experience for consistent and efficient learning - Deliver the training based on Product skills training stack for live agents - Assist the Learning leads in all the coordination, planning, organizing and facilitating training programs Qualifications: - 5-9 years of experience in learning designer role - Must have in-depth knowledge of theoretical foundations and methodological practices of Instructional Design and learning development. - Experience in working with instructional technology tools like - Adobe captivate, Video making tools, Articulate, Brainshark is added advantage - Experience in creating SharePoint sites, HTML sites , Survey creation in Survey Monkey and Mentimeter is needed - Experience working in an Agile environment and Knowledge of JIRA toolset preferred - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and align - responsibilities to the broader business while delivering results and managing expectations - Highly disciplined, able to work with limited supervision and make independent decisions within scope of responsibilities - Excellent relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills - Strong people / client facing skills, agile thinking and a knack for problem solving - Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to senior leaders, key stakeholders, and employees JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
