Description The Reference Data job family includes roles that manage client and firm-related reference data and documentation including counterparty, instrument, pricing, onboarding documentation and tax. This may include the sourcing, mastering, distributing and managing of the quality of the bank's reference data. The Role Client Data Management roles are responsible for the creation, processing, documentation, analysis, verification, maintenance, and remediation of new and existing client data across various products and platforms according to regulatory and business requirements. This may include data related to all account opening activities, AML/KYC, national tax identification, compliance checks, classifications and legal documentation, as well as regulations related to various product offerings, Cross Border, IRA, suitability and investment guidelines. Responsibilities - Performs both routine and non-routine client onboarding data management tasks with moderate to advanced complexity by leveraging intermediate to advanced subject matter expertise. - Responsible for consistently and accurately client onboarding processing, updating and maintaining customer accounts, or performing basic research. - This may include diagnosing problems and providing operational or technical resolution within defined and limited autonomy. - Additional responsibilities include peer work review and offering suggestions on process improvements. - May serve as a lead or mentor on team as the direct resource regarding products, services and LOB knowledge. - May act as back-up support for analysts regarding escalations and other questions related to processes, systems and functions of the LOB.
