Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - 8+ years of experience in product management, business transformation, HR technology, or a related discipline. - Proven ability to develop product strategy and deliver complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept through implementation. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across business, technology, and control functions. - Experience leading process, operating model, and technology-driven change initiatives in large, matrixed organizations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision making and business outcomes. - Strong understanding of HR data, employee lifecycle processes, organizational structures, and workforce management concepts. - Understanding of data management concepts, including data flows, data lineage, system integrations, and upstream/downstream dependencies. - Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Experience delivering workforce transformation initiatives related to organizational design, workforce governance, or other enterprise HR transformation programs. - Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or similar Human Capital Management solutions. - Familiarity with data governance, risk, compliance, and control frameworks that support workforce and organizational processes. - Experience working in large, global organizations and partnering across business, technology, and control functions.
