As Control Manager Associate in the Client Onboarding & Documentation team, you will be responsible for managing the controls data globally, including identifying and monitoring significant risks and ensuring compliance with operational policies, control procedures, and legal/regulatory requirements. The controls data will support the end-to-end WKO organization by providing management with sufficient information to determine potential gaps in controls and monitor key operational risks and regulatory activities/concerns. Job Responsibilities: - Ability to synthesize large amounts of information efficiently and effectively into clear and concise messages to be relayed to CO&D Controls Leads and key stakeholders - Use creative strategies and technology to identify potential control gaps - Collaborate with teams to identify best data output for client need, efficiencies, and assist in automation of controls - Contribute toward build of data model, bot development leveraging data - Identify database and reporting errors and take corrective action to ensure data accuracy - Ability to input, ensure accuracy and retrieve information from reporting and computer databases - Be creative in developing and customizing reports, creating formulas and streamlining routines - Advise on and continually reassess key risks and appropriateness of controls to ensure timely identification of significant risks and issues to support an evolving business & regulatory environment - Ability to deliver under tight deadlines in an aggressive and dynamic environment Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: - Experience in scripting with SQL with a strong ability to write complex queries to extract information - Experience with statistics and big data - Competent in data analysis in Python - Familiarity with basic concepts on modelling and ML. - Distinctive problem-solving skills and impeccable business judgment - Ability to translate analysis results into business recommendations, and excellent written and confident verbal communication skills - Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings - Experience with relational databases utilizing SQL to pull and summarize large datasets, report creation and ad-hoc analyses - Demonstrated ability to think beyond raw data and to understand the underlying business context and sense business opportunities hidden in data - Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions - Self-starter who can provide insights and drive results in a dynamic and fast evolving environment - Adept at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environment Note: This role is expected to maintain Eastern Standard Time hours.
