As a Client Service Analyst in Operations, you will manage client relationships and provide operational support for treasury and cash management products. You'll oversee manual reporting for traditional asset groups, ensuring precision and timely delivery. Collaborate with teams across regions to implement process enhancements and support transformation efforts. Prepare management reports, resolve issues, and deliver custom reporting assignments for stakeholders. This role offers opportunities to deepen your expertise in client reporting and contribute to operational excellence.

Job responsibilities

- Engage key stakeholders, manage project work streams and all associated activities to support implementation of initiatives from initiation phase through to post implementation review.

- Chair regular Front Office, Operational and relevant work stream meetings documenting actions and tracking progress to completion.

- Champion client needs by delivering prompt, accurate solutions and building trusted relationships across a diverse portfolio.

- Own the end-to-end reporting process, ensuring data integrity, timeliness, and actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.

- Tackle ad-hoc assignments and custom reporting requests with agility, applying analytical skills to solve complex challenges.

- Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives by collaborating with global teams and leveraging innovative thinking.

- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve issues, preparing impactful management reports that support strategic decision-making.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

- Professionally qualified Post Graduate finance professional, MBA with 5 years of experience in Financial Services industry or Graduate with 7 years of experience.

- A solid level of financial product knowledge including Equity, Fixed Income, Currency, Derivatives and Funds Investment. Trade flow knowledge from event inception, trade execution through to operational settlement.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and build rapport with clients and colleagues.

- Advanced proficiency in digital tools and technology platforms to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.

- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail, capable of interpreting data and identifying improvement opportunities.

- Collaborative approach, thriving in cross-functional and multicultural teams while adapting to changing priorities.

- Initiative-driven, continuously seeking ways to optimize processes and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Proven ability to lead process improvement projects, utilizing digital tools and creative problem-solving techniques.

- Advanced data analysis skills, able to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.

- Experience preparing management reports and handling custom assignments in a fast-paced environment.
