The Centralized Research Group (CRG) is part of CIB R&A covering Banking globally. It works closely with the firm's Investment Banking (IB), Commercial Banking (CB) and Global Corporate Banking (GCB) teams offering customized financial solutions across Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity / Debt capital raising, Credit, Treasury, Cash Management, Trade, and Markets, among others.

As a Business Manager in our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to partner with the Business Heads, Team Leads & various stakeholders to provide a comprehensive view, optimize business performance and drive performance through key initiatives.

You will have the chance to act as a trusted advisor and counterweight to Business Heads, and will be responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks.

You will work closely with Business Heads and Team Leads to maintain KPI trackers and dashboards, analyze data, prepare presentations that provide insights to senior management, and support various strategic initiatives.

This role is dynamic and can evolve with changing business priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis

- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards

- Assisting in preparing quarterly business updates for the team, consisting of various trends and KPIs

- Helping on various MIS, dashboards / internal initiatives and coming up with creative solutions that address the needs of senior management

- Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps

- Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks

- Identify business risks and implement mitigating controls

- Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans and deliverables including the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework

- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions

- Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites, like SharePoint

- Participate in collaborative initiatives looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area

- Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders.


- Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to articulate and effectively communicate

- Demonstrated ability to operate thoughtfully and independently driving the agenda

- Excellent organization and project management skills

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work on large amount of data

- Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)

- Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence

- Strong time management and prioritization skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Prior experience in Business Management or COO role

- An eye for automation to improve process efficiencies

- Basic knowledge of VBA, Tableau and Python is a plus
