- We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated technical business analyst for the Global Finance and Business Management Tech CoE team. The successful candidate must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.&nbsp; - The role involves working directly with the business users and understanding the business requirements and be able to translate them into the software requirements specifications, for the AD team to design and develop. The candidate will partner with both AD team and business to bridge any gaps or conflict. - The role involves practicing the Agile framework and engage directly with multiple stakeholders as a Product Owner) to develop automation solutions for the business. Typically these will be various tactical solutions to aid process owners- automation needs, which could be a stand-alone tool or integrate with one of the mainstream systems. - The candidate should be open to working in shifts (up to 10pm IST). Functional Responsibilities: - Applying critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, proactively identify and develop new ideas / innovations that will add value to the business and technology team. - Strong knowledge of database and data management experience. - Ability to interpret system / business requirements and prepare specifications and design documents. - Act as a link between the business stakeholders and Technology during the design, build, test and other implementation phases. - Must be able to explain technical detail and provide guidance to internal stakeholders. - Proven program leadership and strategic thinking is required. - Strong analytical and presentation skills. Proven ability to quickly learn the business, the application and adapt to ever changing priorities. - Ability to analyze large data sets, summarize findings and ultimately recommend feasible solutions. - Ability to build relationships across international teams. - Must have Bachelor's degree or above, in related stream of education from an accredited college/university. - Strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills. - Scrum knowledge or certification is preferred. Essential Skills :&nbsp; Technical (Basic Knowledge): - Basic VBA Programming. - MS Access Database Concepts (2013). - MS Excel Macros &amp; MS Access Macros (2013). - SQL (Structured Query Language) - Basic working knowledge of SharePoint - MS Visio - HTML - Python (preferred) - Tableau (preferred) - Alteryx (preferred) Process (Must Have Skills): - Experience in Scrum as product owner, responsible for creating product backlog, refining backlog. - Experience in creation of project charters, software requirement specification, test plan, test cases and other project critical documents. - Experience in doing user training and driving user acceptance testing. - Be able to prioritize and manage users' expectations. - Good analysis skills in order to aid in trouble shooting and problem solving. - Good testing principles as well as good defect management skills. - Effective verbal and written communication skills with a sound knowledge of email ethics. - Prior experience in a similar role to support the Financial Services industry.
