Description: A Senior Business Analyst in the Payments domain is responsible for analyzing and evaluating business requirements related to lending products, services, and operations. This involves working closely with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, developers, and other analysts, to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions. Job responsibilities: Key responsibilities of a senior business analyst in the lending domain may include: - Conducting research and analysis to identify lending industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements. - Translating business requirements into technical specifications and working with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. - Identifying and analyzing gaps in business processes, procedures, and policies related to lending, and proposing solutions to address these gaps. - Participating in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are defect-free.
