We work collaboratively with all functional teams across CCB Operations as well as Strategic and Analytics teams across CCB. Responsibilities : - Basic to Moderate understanding of Importing, cleaning, transforming and validating data from multiple sources in preparation for analytics. - Basic level of SQL & Alteryx/Tableau knowledge ( should be well aware about basic SQL queries/ Data Structures / Data Manipulation ) - Analyze call data and operation metrics to derive keen insights that help inform innovation product strategy decisions. - Leverage a variety of analytical applications (including SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Advanced Excel,) to describe, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets. - Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing sharp insights and conclusions, often for executives, in regularly scheduled analytics meetings chaired by the analyst in this role. Collaborate with data management teams, strategy teams, and other analytics resources across multiple functional teams.
