You have found the right team. - You will be part of the Core Shared Services (CSS) Business Support function, which supports supports 3 major Enterprise Technology (ET) F&BM areas across the technology domain including Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC), Corporate Technology (CT) and the Corporate Technology Office (CTO), with a centralized suite of support services. - You will be responsible for successful delivery of people first business solutions which allow and/or improve the ability of the Enterprise Technology Finance and Business Management teams to support their Enterprise Technology clients globally. Tools used include mainly SharePoint, Alteryx and Tableau (consultation, design and build) and the MS Office tools suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). - You will work on various types of development projects from consulting through designing system implementation, prototyping and testing, while also maintaining some key tools already in production and key to the organization. Job Responsibilities: - Consult with Enterprise Technology finance and business managers to understand their business, automation, process and tools needs and turn them into viable solutions which improve their ability to support their clients globally. - Learn and maintain a small inventory of already developed SharePoint-based tools in various stages of development and production. - Manage along the entire Software development Life cycle for Sharepoint based solutions, from concept through full scale production, including developing UAT scenarios and testing environments. - Support client business needs for a wide range of projects using Excel, PowerPoint and Visio tools to produce spreadsheet, presentation, process flow and organizational design output and solutions. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills : - 5+ years of experience developing for Sharepoint, Alteryx, Tableau and/or Atlassian (Confluence and Jira), including experience with JQL for JIRA reporting and integration. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio). - Ability to translate process improvement, automation, reporting and other information processing and business needs into creative and viable technical solutions, leveraging industry best practices. - Subject matter knowledge of finance and business management functions and/or banking technologies/infrastructure a plus. - Experience in a matrix management framework, i.e. manage by influence without direct authority. - Track record of establishing and maintaining collaborative cross-regional, cross-organizational relationships to achieve results. - Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
