Responsibilities: - Understand Credit Ecosystem - Tools & Applications, Policies, Procedures, Guidelines required to Underwrite new term loans and perform the Credit Analysis of Real Estate Borrowers - Independently prepare credit analysis on Real Estate Borrowers (qualitative and quantitative analysis) and recommend rating grades - Appraise and execute new term loan requests from Client Managers and prepare approval memos within the stipulated timelines. Ensure documentation requirements are met per the business and audit requirements - Understand nuances of the new term loan requests and identify any inconsistencies or risks associated with them - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively present analysis and build strong relationships with stakeholders - Understand and respond to the queries raised by Credit Risk Director, Senior Underwriter, Audit, etc. - Be current on the firm-wide risk policies, procedures &amp; guidelines, and ensure all governance, reporting and data quality requirements are met and maintained Qualifications: MBA (with Finance specialization) / CA - 4-7 years of experience in credit risk; experience in real estate sector is preferred - Strong understanding of corporate finance and financial statements, including ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, and basic accounting principles - Attitude and aptitude to learn and enhance knowledge of credit underwriting; and passion for real estate sector - Deadline orientation; strong attention to detail and high accuracy About Us - JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
