Regulatory Reporting - Business Analysis - Associate Description: - The Asia Client Onboarding - the Associate role is located in India and supports the Client Onboarding Management Team in the management and execution of a wide range of strategic and tactical initiatives and control agenda across Asia Bank Onboarding teams. - You will drive issue resolution, collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of the Onboarding organization to execute consistently on deliverables and communicate status updates and strategic direction to stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: - Prepare timely and accurate reports for management purposes and regulatory compliance - Owning BAU MIS provision and leading initiatives that enable more efficient and sustainable MIS provision to support Client Operations and bring insights that will enable the transformation journey - Support various stakeholders on regulatory and audit requests. - Maintain a relevant and updated process knowledge within the Onboarding space to be able to effectively influence and drive effective remediation - Work with the project managers and subject matter experts within the team to ensure current status is understood and properly articulated. - Tracking and managing milestones and dependencies and ensuring that we are effectively communicating with our stakeholder community - Ensure that our projects are all rigorously governed and documented. - Work closely with key business stakeholders, including but not limited to business and operational teams, Legal, Compliance, Business Management, Oversight & Control, Audit, Business Initiative Leaders, project teams and Technology on fulfilling responsibilities of the Client Onboarding team and implementing the business strategy - Developing process flows for strategic initiatives and assisting in the development of operating models. - Researching and documenting current state processes and applying appropriate changes to support business requests/needs - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and business partners with the purpose of informing interested parties on all key milestones, accomplishments, programs, activities and overall successes Required Skills and Qualifications: - BS/BA Degree - Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred - Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services/banking industry, with a demonstrated track-record of delivery and relevant experience with regulatory reporting - Familiarity with regulatory landscape across Asia - Advanced skills with the core MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) - Familiarity with report automation using Alteryx - Familiarity with data visualization of complex data sets using Tableau - Analytical and review skills with the capacity to think laterally and convey an understanding of the big picture and draw the correct conclusions from reviews JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
