You have found the right team. - As the Program Management professional in our Corporate & Investment Banking, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm - Your team will be DPS (Digital & Platform Services) F&BM (Finance & Business Management) organization, the DPS F&BM Tools and Transformation Team plays a key role in ensuring our critical systems are stable and improving, as well as identifying areas of process improvement, and driving their associated transformation programs. We also play a key role in building out our strategic tooling ecosystem and extracting useful system data to drive decisions for our business. As our platform continues to grow, we are seeking a Project Manager to help coordinate across multiple delivery streams, implement best practices in communication and change readiness, and ensure our own growing team has the resources they need to grow and succeed in the firm. Someone who has experience and interest in transformation projects, data, and a passion for team development and process improvement would do well in this role to help drive our team to the next level as we implement several key transformational projects and continue to build our roadmap for the future. Job Responsibilities : - Co-ordinate across the transformation and application product teams and drive best practices for project management, product management, stakeholder management, and strategic operating models while assisting senior Tools and Transformation leaders with executive messaging, development and implementation of global team learning plans, staff engagement plans, and overall process improvement across all team working groups. - Drive or co-ordinate cross line of business initiatives; analyzing and documenting key business discussions, managing timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies tracking action items and other project related materials. - Partner with upstream data producers and product owners to identify cross-impacts and have appropriate product owners plan for remediation. - Design and implement cross-tool/program user/stakeholder communication model leveraging latest communication channels such as MS Teams, Symphony, and Outlook, targeting communications to sub-sets of 50,000+ user community as appropriate. - Manage communication of status updates to stakeholders and Senior Management through scorecards and executive messaging presentations, highlighting risks, dependencies, and recommendations concisely. - Plan and facilitate cross-tool user feedback channels including user forums, surveys, and 1-1 engagement/shadowing to identify opportunities for strategic improvement. - Develop end to end change management plans to transition from current state to target operating model for stakeholders and support teams, developing and leveraging best practices for consistency across all programs and products in our team.
