Description: Job responsibilities: - Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify methods to boost efficiencies - Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements - Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources - Implement transformational process and product through cross functional areas within WLS - Partner with clients and stakeholders on requirement gathering; design, ideate, wireframe, prototype features and experiences - Refine product backlog in JIRA, and Use Cases with exceptional detail and discipline - Apply analytical and creative thinking to design solutions to operations inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities. Coordinate and govern User Acceptance Testing, ensuring user engagement and testing rigor - Represent the user group by presenting documented requirements to the technology teams Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: - 5+years experience in the Financial industry which includes 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area - Experience executing operations change readiness activities - Experience in large scale, cross-functional initiatives and passion for process innovation, design, and technology - Experience in Agile methodology - Basic proficiency in JIRA, Tableau, Alteryx.
