Product Delivery Associate Description: We are looking for product enthusiasts to join our product team that delivers exciting Core Deposits banking products and solutions for Consumer Banking across legacy (mainframes) and modernized (JAVA/AWS etc) tech stacks. We are responsible to deliver a product with quality by testing the solution end-to-end in an integrated and complex test environment. This requires team members to be competent in business analysis and converting it into testable use cases across products within the LOBs that we cross impact. Job responsibilities: As a Product Delivery Associate, the individual will be required to lead end-to-end testing engagements across one or multiple initiatives simultaneously. Provided below is a list of key responsibilities that defines the scope of the role: - Take a shift-left approach to engage early in the initiative during the discovery phases - Conduct business analysis in partnership with the product management and technology teams to identify gaps early - Influence the requirement formulation phase to adopt behavior driven development or any other framework - Use the analysis during planning and findings during execution phases to create required testing artifacts that will help deliver the end-to-end test strategy developed by the team to independently deliver the project start to finish - Understand and assess the cross impacts across line of businesses and product team to develop a seamless end-to-end test engagement and strategy, improve engagement through effective dependency management, pick ownership of applications outside of firmwide core deposits to drive autonomy in the process - Contribute towards continuous improvement (CI) initiatives that are related to projects or processes through retrospect, optimization, automation and documentation - Work towards T-shaped responsibility that spans across product delivery and management roles such as control readiness, release management and support, production validation testing as needed or prescribed by leadership Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent , master's preferred - Minimum of 5+ years Quality Assurance/UAT Testing experience, Business systems testing or Business analysis with interest in quality engineering aspect of software development - Experience in concepts and tools that support Mainframe testing, API testing, Database testing, UI/UX and Customer Journey testing and tools such as Postman , Splunk etc. - Experience with JIRA, ALM, QTest, Bugzilla, Rally, Zephyr or equivalent - Hands on experience of automation tools/capabilities such as Selenium, TOSCA, Eggplant, Cypress, VBA etc will be a plus JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
