Description: Job Responsibilities: - Running Composite COE with high operational standards - Keeping abreast with changes in performance standards and application thereof - Timely and accurate publication of GIPS presentations - Help manage external verification of composites - Providing various ad hoc data research and analysis as needed by clients - Assisting in developing strategic solutions and defining PAG business requirements - Participating in UAT and Production testing as needed - Keeping a risk and control mindset - Involvement with regulatory or controls deliverables and supporting other ad hoc projects as needed - Identifying the project scope and key milestones, researching background, assessing risks and designing test procedures Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities : - Ability to work independently, set priorities and deliver results (under tight time frames and pressure) - Experience with portfolio performance, investments and/or products, and project management skills preferred - 9 - 11 years work experience with 3+ years of relevant experience - Strong analytical skills and ability to document and communicate complex, at times quantitative, business requirements and business analysis to our technology counterparts - Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, and writing skills.
