Associate - Modeling Analytics  - As a CCB Risk - Consumer Credit Reporting Analyst, you will be part of a centralized CCB Risk team that is focused on Loss Forecasting and Risk Appetite.   - You will be owning and driving all centralized credit risk reporting for the team and be delivering results that cut across all LOBs within CCB.   - You will partner with various Risk and Finance LOB-focused reporting analysts (and supporting IT infrastructure) cutting across all CCB lines of business (mortgage, card, auto, business banking and retail).   - You will assist in designing and delivering best-in-class credit risk reporting and support continuous improvement in the design and execution of risk reporting across CCB Risk.   - You will help a broader team transform end-user requirements (executive-level) into finished product reporting for - C- level leaders in the Risk organization, as well as Finance and LOB leadership teams.   - You will also support ad-hoc reporting as needed.   - You will also help CCB Risk continue the build out and enrichment of an industry leading framework for Risk Appetite. This includes strategic thinking and analysis on how to enhance the current process via process improvements, scenario and sensitivity analysis (resulting from changes in macro-economic indicators) across all LOBs within CCB, further development of Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators, and other ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests related to Risk Appetite.   - Identifying, assessing, and documenting business requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising on options, timelines, risks, and costs.  - Conducting research to determine if technical solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible. Analyze the impact of proposed solution across the business.  - Development of improved reporting frameworks that evolve with business needs and data infrastructure enhancements.  - Facilitate implementation of new functionality through leading and partnering with various sub-LOB teams, IT and  - Finance resources across CCB.  - Provide relevant documentation and quality control/testing to ensure all Corporate and CCB data governance and ownership standards are met.  - Demonstrated strength in SAS, SQL and / or other Oracle database tools knowledge [this job does not require the analyst write code to do their job, they will not be pulling raw data using SAS code]  - Experience/understanding of business process mapping and re-engineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis a plus [this job does not require the ability to design a loss model, only the ability to understand it's the concepts and output, for example when reviewing loss forecast results we need to understand how much is PD and how much is LGD and if the results we are getting make sense]  And we should add to the description :  - Past demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis within a consumer lending environment is required  - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint required  - Knowledge of consumer risk management and governance concepts a strong plus within a consumer lending/banking environment.
