The role is in the Audience Management group will partner with business, legal, compliance and data teams to create to apply required suppressions on real time opportunities for Marketing & Servicing communications through multiple channels via a rules-based solution. The Audience Management will support acquisition and engagement across credit card, Auto, Retail, Home Lending and Payments. The analyst will need to be highly proficient in business analysis, data processing and data engineering.to be successful. This role will require documentation skills to gather business requirements and specifications that will capture the overall flow and details of theinitiative. . The analyst is expected to quickly understand processes and data for Audience management. Job Responsibilities: - Understand the current suppression methods and data across various Audience management teams. - Gather requirements and document to design new suppressions via a rules based solution. Research and analyze the data requirement for various suppression requirement. - Utilize data tools such as Alteryx, SAS, Teradata SQL assistance for data research and analysis. - Collaborate with business partners, legal and compliance teams by leveraging analytics and data insights to build new suppressions in a rules based solution. - Design and develop suppressions in a rules repository such as Sapiens DM , Ab Initio BRE , or IBM ODM - Create business requirement, data mapping, design, testing documents. Create test cases for testing the designed solution. Participate in quality code reviews and identify issues and errors for correction or improvement. - Recognize and implement ideas for global process improvements to increase department efficiency. Represent the Audience Management area in technical meetings with IT and other areas Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities - Data processing using SQL, SAS , Alteryx, Python. Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, Teradata. Big data skills - Hadoop, hive, impala, spark is also a plus. Decision modeling, rules engines, Customer data platforms (CDP) experience is a plus, for example Sapiens, IBM ODM, Segment. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. A background in Marketing operations, analytics, data science is preferred. - Excellent verbal communication and correspondence skills. - Result oriented with proactive approach to resolving problems. Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment. Ability to listen/observe/acknowledge/lead by example and provide recommendations. - Good time management and ability to prioritize. Plan and organize with clarity and attention to detail; quality oriented - Associate or bachelor's degree with 2 years of the below technical experience is preferred - Certification or concentration in relevant fields (Computer Science, Technology Management, Statistics or Math) required.
