Description: - You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in "Investment Support". You have found the right team - As "Investment Support" in our " Global Alternatives team " , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm - The Global Real Estate platform has its roots dating back to 1970 and has approximately USD 87 billion in assets managed by over 300 professionals in 19 global offices across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. In addition to a number of Separately Managed strategies, Global Real Estate manages 16 commingled 1 Non-traded REIT and 2 co-investment funds across the risk/return spectrum. - In this role you will support the Marketing and Client Relations team based in New York City that is focused on both servicing existing clients and growing the business through new clients, expanding existing relationships and delivering new product. Job Responsibilities: - Prepare and update all marketing collaterals including strategy pitch book, product profiles, ad-hoc materials, etc. - Update the consultant databases working closely with the dedicated team. - Complete requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs) and due diligence questionnaires. Prepare competitor analysis on Real Estate funds. - Answer questions and address issues of internal groups , consultants and clients. Ensure timely, accurate and quality delivery of responses. - Update and maintain internal databases, client cash-flows, Fund AUMs & other books on monthly & quarterly basis. - Assist the fund level reporting efforts for all investors in the Real Estate Americas platform including client statements, snapshots, quarterly/annual reports etc. - Maintain a high level of competency in reviewing data and reports and identifying gaps / issues. - Identify and work on efficiency initiatives to help the team continue to improve productivity. - Participate in weekly meetings, info-shares, and fund webcasts. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Minimum 7 years' experience with financial product analysis, marketing, or client services. - MBA in finance/ CFA - Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and exhibit a meticulous approach to work, ensuring data accuracy. Time management skills & ability to multi-task - Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to achieve business objectives. - Excellent Excel and PowerPoint ; advanced skills . - Comfort working in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones. - Strong multi-tasking and time management skills. - Knowledge of Global Real Estate market.
