You have found the right team. - As "Finance Professional" in our " Central P&A" , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm Job Responsibilities : - Delivering value-added financial reporting and analysis, and assisting with strategic direction and decision making - Creating executive-level presentations that summarize results at various levels of the organization, including each line of business and consolidated CCB-level - Performing variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets - Helping design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management - Managing and prioritizing the requests and deadlines within the P&A calendar - Enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible - Participating in and helping build upon the broader team's people agenda Required qualifications, capabilities and skills : - Bachelors in Engineering or finance or economics and/or CA / CFA / MBA / PGDBM from top Tier institute is required - 5+ years of post-qualification experience in any of FP&A, Capital Stress testing, financial research, valuations, etc. - Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Essbase - Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely - Inquisitive, enthusiastic, diligent, and capable of challenging peers - Team-player with strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated self-starter, keen attention to detail, and work well under pressure and tight deadlines Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills : Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau) JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
