Digital Authentication Analytics- Associate Job Description: Digital Authentication Analytics is tasked with measuring and analyzing the current customer experience when using the bank's various interaction channels contact center, branch, and web and mobile products and to provide actionable recommendations to enhance the consumer experience in order to build long term, profitable customer relationships. You will be responsible for delivering against the Digital Analytics agenda and working with partners in Digital Authentication and across the Consumer Bank. Key constituents will include Fraud Risk Management, Digital Management, Product Management, Customer Experience Design, the various consumer lines of business, risk, compliance, and controls. You will be responsible for building relationships with Product partners and delivering actionable Business Intelligence in clear and compelling terms. Job responsibilities: - Work with partners across Digital functions and LOB's to provide data insights to support Digital strategic direction and growth - Provide consultative support for Digital Authentication Product partners delivered by fact-based findings - Evolve and refine measurement frameworks and KPIs for Customer Measurement - Provide analysis and associated data visualization and story-telling - Focus and prioritize the analytics agenda to align with overall strategy and business value - Collaborate within Digital Analytics to enhance the quality and value of team deliverables - Work with Data Services, Risk and Core Analytics partners to enhance overall performance of Digital Analytics team Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - 4-6 years relevant experience analyzing customer experiences, digital experience preferred. - Expertise in extracting and manipulating terabytes of data sets from multiple databases (Oracle, Teradata, Microsoft SQL Server), - Ability to write complex but efficient SQL scripts, capability to connect to databases from both Windows and Unix environments using SQL tools as well as SAS, combining datasets using SAS Datastep, SQL and Hash Object, proficiency in detecting and remediating gaps commonly seen in business/customer data (missing value, extreme values and outliers). - Demonstrated ability to define business KPIs and establish measurement frameworks. Structured thinker with passion for analyzing results and digging deeper. - Hands on experience with behavioral and transactional analytics tools and techniques. - Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to deliver reports and scorecards. Experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL preferred. - Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business partners, and technical resources in analytics and data management.
