Our practices are designed to preserve the independence and integrity of decision making. - Chase Merchant Services (MS) Wholesale Credit Risk is a distinct credit management unit aligned to Merchant Services, a sub-LOB within the Corporate & Investment Bank. The Merchant Service Special Credit Group is responsible for managing high-risk credit relationships and determining risk mitigation strategies to minimize losses incurred. Responsibilities include assigning an completing credit due diligence, assigning an obligor grade in line with the firmwide policies and working with internal and external stakeholders to communicate and execute risk mitigation strategies.
