Description: - The Credit Operations Project Team provides support to both the US Private Bank and the International Private Bank and have offices in the US, Edinburgh, Geneva & Singapore and offshore teams in India & the Philippines, The Credit Operations teams partner closely with Lending & Mortgage Specialists and Credit Risk Executives to provide exceptional client experience. - Our team executes various Programs that design operating models, provide solutions to optimize business flows, bring efficiencies and keep our platform compliant with regulations applicable to our legal entities and branches. - Being part of the Lending Project team, the successful candidate will be working in conjunction with our internal partners including Client Service, Advisors, Operations, Technology, Product, Business Management, Legal, Risk and Compliance. - Our team executes various Programs that provide solutions to optimize business flows, bring efficiencies, enhance controls and keep our platform compliant with regulations applicable to our legal entities and branches. Job Responsibilities : - The candidate should have relevant project management experience in Lending a reputable bank, and looking to take on a new challenge in a growing, fast paced and ever changing environment. - The candidate should have proven track record in implementing/integrating a core banking system, internally developed or from a third party vendor. - Be responsible for the planning, requirements gathering, management and execution of projects through a project plan and engagement of various functional groups (Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Business Management, Risk) - Plan and coordinate testing of new functionality and regression testing - Provide updates on the project status to senior management and stakeholders Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities : - Strategic thinking with the ability to implement very large projects across multiple legal entities worldwide, - Strong ability to design operating model front to back including the control framework and understand the details of a process, - Must be highly disciplined, a self-starter, and have the ability to execute on assignments independently and autonomously - Strong ownership with ability to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking are also required in driving solution, initiatives and projects - Previous experience in Temenos would be a plus. - Previous experience in consulting or Platform Modernization projects would be a plus.
