Collateral Servicing Manager - Associate Description: Skills and Capabilities: - Manage people working within the team / department and strive improve performance standards attained, Manage team performance standards to achieve and exceed business expectations - Manage resources and capacity across multiple projects simultaneously and ensure optimum utilization of resources with NIL impact to business operations, Identifies, manages and mitigates process risks and issues and timely escalation as necessary. - Coordinates the tracking and resolution of defects using the defect management process. Provides Weekly Scorecard, Status Reporting and MIS. - Leads communication calls with Technology, QA, Business and Operations teams. Overall responsibility for the quality control of the process. - Work with operations, product and technology groups to define, document and agree the test approach and strategy. Provide regular status reporting to relevant business areas. - Build strong working relationships with technology, product and operations to succeed in delivery. - Provide primary contact cover for the department. Investigate and follow reported items through until resolution. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors or Master's Degree (e.g. B.COM, MBA, MCA, etc.) with 10 years of post-qualification experience with Minimum of 8 years of work experience in a Bank / Financial institution. Should have the experience of managing a team of over 20-30 employees. - Experience and Strong working knowledge of various aspects of banking products such as Client Onboarding, KYC, AML, Credit, Loan operations or Investment Banking knowledge is preferable, Strong Leadership and People Management - Capacity and Resource Management, Strong analytical ability and influencing skills, Strong verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to present concise, direct and timely communications to executives, management and key partners. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e., excel, word, power point, etc. Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and be self-motivating - Partnership and relationship management: must have ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with numerous teams and key stakeholders, Highly organized, efficient and driven. Excellent prioritization, planning and time management, Proven ability to work well both as an individual and part of a team. Good experience of working closely with end users and delivering training and showcase.
