Job Description : Specific responsibilities include : - Manage Account Opening Team, Day end reporting, Calibration and perform Verification of files from QC perspective - Expectations from role will be into production for nearly 30-40% of time,20-30% on QC and balance time on team management, providing adequate support to team from SME perspective, Manage MIS and reporting - Connect/Engage with stakeholders to drive change and for better customer experience - Be Agile and Flexible in multi-tasking as per business need - Manage weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly connects and share process related analytics - Manage and prioritize initiatives that are requested by stakeholders - Review of documentation for entities such as Corporation, Trust, Private Holding Company, Individuals as per the policy/jurisdiction for all KYC/CDD documents and raising request for information/documents - Responsible for verification of client data - Assisting in account openings and account reviews - Researching client inquiries and managing follow-up communication - Manage new Client account opening and Perform account Maintenance activities (Client Communication, Suitability, Tax forms processing) Personal Attributes & Requirements : - University degree holder (including MBA / CFA) and / or with 8 - 10 years of professional experience in a similar capacity - Excellent stakeholder engagements skills - Fluency in English required - PowerPoint and Excel expertise required - Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of client management - Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters - Detail-oriented and results-focused - Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral - Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills - Able to work under minimal supervision; adaptable to work in demanding environment - Demonstrate capability to co-ordinate different tasks and perform related follow up until completion - Possesses collaboration, partnership and influencing skills - Ability to demonstrate leadership of project on a daily basis - Flexibility and adaptability - Ability to implement and manage day-to-day tasks - Identify critical requirements and potential gaps by understanding complex and interdependent processes.
