The current opening is within the CCB Tech F&BM team in Mumbai which forms part of the CCB F&BM Line of Business (LoB) within GF&BM India. Organization Description : The role is part of the Finance & Business Management (F&BM) organization supporting Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Technology. F&BM team drives business management, financial analysis, vendor management, strategy, program management, training and internal communications for CCB Technology organization teams across Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. CCB Tech F&BM plays a pivotal role helping CCB Technology organization shape & achieve its vision, execute its strategies and support businesses by providing information, analysis and recommendations to improve results and drive decisions. This associate is an experienced professional who helps execution of CCB Technology training & internal Communication vision, drives initiatives, enables transformation, manages governance & reporting. The associate manages CxO level stakeholders, works with large teams, as well as helps the business run efficiently and effectively. The roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Training : - Develop and deliver functional trainings on a range of Technologies with subject matter expertise on products and services. - Design, develop and run calendar programs to address generic training needs for specific population or demand based training needs aligned to specific business goals. - Conceptualizing training programs and conducting training related engagement events - Liaise with different lines of business to develop the framework for training and administer learning paths and for customizing specific trainings on a need basis. - Assist in implementing the training framework across locations through classroom, online or alternative methodologies - Synthesize training results and metrics in order to report intelligent data to management - Rollout of monthly internal management updates and quarterly inputs for balanced scorecard reporting at India level. - Forge strong partnerships with senior management, various counterparts & business heads from within Bangalore, Mumbai and other global locations to inculcate training culture and drive training targets. - Working with the larger L&D team to align training strategy along with the broader development strategy. - Working with global & local vendors to source niche trainings, negotiating commercials and liaise with legal and compliance teams for vendor agreements and documentation. - License & Patents support - Paper publications sign off by all stakeholders for talks at industry forums Internal Communications : - Establish a unified Communications strategy to positively impact employee engagement and business outcomes. - Translate business knowledge into clear, concise messages in a leader's voice - Program manage executive communication activities like town halls, market visits, employee and recognition activities, and leadership off-sites - Support the communications needs for assigned projects through targeted and measurable communications collateral - Liaise with project team members to understand items that may impact communications timing, messaging or content. - Execute a communications plan that integrates/aligns with the overall Technology communications strategy and framework - Develop and deliver key messages and any detailed plans - Manage the detailed tactical communication plan ensuring input from all work streams - Ensure all local and regional legal requirements are considered in the development and delivery of the communications plan - Manage key project stakeholders to ensure they are kept informed and advocate the communication plan - Proactively engage with project / program managers to support communication needs of the project, as necessary. - Ensure that communications are timely, accurate, and engaging - Ensure consistent messaging across all customers while integrating core IT messaging as appropriate - Effectively measure, through formal and informal mechanisms, the communication activities and make any changes necessary to ensure they are landing well Skill sets - Proven expertise and experience to partner with senior stakeholders to initiate and govern initiatives - Ability to work across wider organization with virtual teams and across hierarchies - Strong expertise with collaboration tools like MS Excel pivots & macros, VBA, Confluence & Sharepoint - Ability to clearly story board executive Power point presentations - Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills - Enthusiastic, self-motivated and effective under pressure - Ability to prioritize requests and multi-task on time sensitive multiple requirements - Experience working in technology organization / projects is preferred, but not a must Shift Timing: - 11.30 am to 8.30 pm (IST) Qualifications - Graduation from a reputed college or university required. - A 3-year college degree - Minimum 10 years related work experience, preferably with a corporate organization. - 6+ years primarily in internal communication, marketing and/or training.
