You have found the right team. - You will be part of the Commercial Bank's Global Service team which functions as an internal business & metrics reporting and analytics group responsible for delivering highly quantitative and qualitative reports and analytics tools that support bankers, business management and senior management agendas. - As the Business Manager you will be assisting with optimizing business performance by helping to deliver key initiatives, performing data & management reporting development agenda for operations. You will learn core business processes, build new capabilities, develop metrics/management reporting, and provide decision support via ad hoc reporting and data analytics. - You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that help profitability and efficiency across the Commercial Banking organization. You will be responsible for assisting the business in for identifying, escalating, and mitigating operations risks. Also support in building the strategic initiatives for the key stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: - Produce key metrics/decks (e.g., Business reviews, Partner decks, and dashboards) for the senior management on regular / ad hoc basis containing both financial and operational details. - Engage with key stakeholders across functions to understand challenges/pain-points or best practices and implement solutions. - Play a supporting role in driving business-initiated change management activities across the business (assess the ask, formulate solution in conjunction with business partners, manage the execution, measure success) - Identify and execute on efficiency/automation opportunities in the existing data consolidation/reporting processes. - Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis. - Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes. - Partner with senior leaders in advancing the business analysis and reporting agenda, focused on insights delivery in areas around operational efficiency, cost modeling, capacity planning, quality enhancements, etc. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: - 7 to 10 years of experience in Business & Stakeholder management, preferably in financial services or commercial banking. - Ability to clearly story board executive Power point presentations. Sound Knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is must. - Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills looking at reports / processes and build solutions. - Enthusiastic, self-motivated and effective under pressure; Ability to prioritize requests and multi-task on time sensitive multiple requirements. - Good to have knowledge on BI tools, Visualization tools like Tableau / Qlik Sense - Maintaining a very high level of competency when reviewing data and reports; quickly identifying and rectifying data and presentation issues - Excellent communication (verbal / written) skills to liaison between Sr. Management, US business managers and Data reporting teams. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: - Manage projects / communicates in a clear, concise and efficient manner with multiple teams locally and globally.
