You will also undertake research work related to Macro economic factors and detailed real estate market knowledge. Job Responsibilities : - Participate in acquisition activities for the Europe Real Estate fund - Prepare and update static analysis of deal and Quick valuation potential upside of the deal. - Prepare detailed excel underwriting models and evaluate feasibility of investment w.r.t fund strategy ( Argus/Argus Enterprise knowledge is added advantage). - Prepare Investment committee memos and presentations for assets considered for acquisitions - Participate in the preparation of investment reviews for potential asset under evaluation. - Participate in the review and approval of all acquisition related documents. - Prepare monthly and quarterly market update reports and deliver the same within target timeline. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills : - MBA/Master's Degree in Economics/Math with 5-8 years of experience coming from real estate, infrastructure or consulting background - Should have thorough understanding of macro-economic environment and implication of the same on investment analysis. - Should have thorough understanding of promote structures and should be able to customize the underwritings as per the deal structure. - Support analysis of Technical and Tenant due diligence documents and present to the respective acquisition officers. - Participate actively in various technology and automation projects - Communicate with onshore team regularly to manage their expectations and deliverables - Strong interest in real estate and high attention to detail Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills : - Understanding of Argus/Argus Enterprise is an added bonus - Fluency in German, French or Italian will be an added advantage JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
