Description: The person will develop a solid understanding of Treasury controller activities and help team to be aware of the drivers and variances of the same. Responsibilities include daily/weekly/monthly deliverables coordination, and automation of the processes. The person will work closely with the treasurer, business leads and also with the corporate treasury to manage the responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily/weekly reporting for AWM Mortgage business which include key business metrics and reporting for AWM's market risk exposures and related hedging programs

- Prepare monthly and adhoc analysis for senior management around hedging strategies and drivers of residual P&L

- Manage monthly outlook forecasts for Treasury related areas such as Interest Rate Risk, Liquidity Risk and Capital

- Assist with forecasting and stress testing for several areas, including Funds Transfer Pricing as well as core treasury areas.

- Automation of existing processes and partnership with Technology teams to onboard processes to a strategic solution

- Automation and Management of the existing processes to bring in efficiencies in the system and prepare ad-hoc analyses for management meetings and strategic reviews (e.g., Operating Committee Review, Regional Business and Finance Townhall, Investor Day, etc.) and assist Mortgage leads with the ad hoc reporting regarding the in depth analysis of the existing information

- Work with Automation team to interpret the databases and implement the reporting changes and contribute ideas around improving reporting capabilities and new projects and enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Minimum of CA or an MBA in Finance is required

- 4+ years of Finance experience, preferably in Financial Services and avid user of technology to bring in efficiencies.

- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, preferably with experience of MS Access, Alteryx/Python.

- Experience in creating Tableau dashboards and strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills

- Positive attitude and demonstrate intellectual curiosity

- Excellent organizational, management, both verbal & written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
