As a Client Advanced Analytics Associate within our Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. In this role you will accelerates client advanced analytics at JPMorganChase Asset Management by turning complex data into clear, actionable decisions across business, investment, and marketing teams. You will partner with stakeholders to embed end-to-end analytics, build ML models for segmentation and prediction, and deliver GenAI solutions that boost advisor and marketer productivity and personalization at scale.

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and global teams to deliver data solutions that grow market share, outreach, retention, and efficiency.

- Align analytics and AI solutions with evolving strategies to maximize the value of internal systems and applications.

- Analyze client behavior, investment patterns, sales funnels, segmentation, and personas to generate actionable insights.

- Embed descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics into decisions to strengthen data-driven culture.

- Develop data models and feature stores with ongoing model performance monitoring for reliability and impact.

- Build analytical frameworks for marketing measurement, including A/B testing, campaign ROI, cost of acquisition, and lifetime value.

- Implement Marketing Mix Models, Multi-Touch Attribution, and Next Best Action to optimize marketing effectiveness.

- Construct ML-based prediction and recommendation solutions for opportunity sizing, wallet share, propensity modeling, and call-to-action.

- Engineer segmentation, recommendation engines, and personalization frameworks to improve client engagement.

- Support GenAI and agentic AI solutions using internal and external data to enhance advisor and marketer experiences.

- Create Sales/Marketing Co-Pilots for content/audience building, campaign performance analysis, news intelligence, and sentiment analysis.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Hold an advanced quantitative degree (MBA or MS in Statistics, Math, Engineering, or related field) with Analytics/Data Science experience in Asset & Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Marketing.

- Demonstrate proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data manipulation and analysis.

- Apply libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow to build and evaluate models.

- Utilize ML methods including regression, classification, clustering, SVMs, trees, and neural networks effectively.

- Employ techniques like feature engineering, feature selection, imputation, outlier handling, cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, and explainability.

- Operate within AWS environments and LLM/Foundation Model APIs (e.g., OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) to build GenAI solutions for synthesis, natural language querying, content automation, and conversational interfaces.

- Leverage exposure to agentic AI, multi-step reasoning, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks to accelerate solution delivery.

- Understand Asset Management deeply and cultivate relationships across global, cross-functional teams.

- Communicate complex findings with strong analytical rigor and storytelling to drive clear, actionable decisions.

- Manage multiple priorities and workflows with a self-motivated, team-oriented approach and strong work ethic.

- Thrive in ambiguity while maintaining high standards for quality and impact
