Trade Support, Analyst Description : Responsibilities : - Manages all functions related to SMA operations and serves as a primary liaison and client service team. - Supports the manager in the daily management of the business. - Onboard new SMA/RIA Advisors in collaboration with client servicing team in US. - Complete daily and month end related tasks. - - Provide feedback for process improvements. - Develop and implement trade generation procedures. - SOP's - Help design and implement quality control measures to mitigate risks. - Manage and track custom request by clients - Handling ad-hoc request for reporting and trade request. - Manage issue logs for all technical issues faced during trade generation and track for timely resolutions. Skills & Experience : - M ore than 3-5 years of experience in Hedge Fund Operation, Wealth Management or SMA Financial Operations. Good understanding of financial products and their market relevance. - Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Finance. CFA/CPA degree would be an addon advantage. - Knowledge of P&L Reconciliation and accounting. - Understanding of the front to end execution of Trade cycle. - Ability to interact with offshore offices independently. - Interface with Operations on trade booking, fail management, exception processing, and ad hoc queries. - Contribute to/create material to be used for discussions, presentations, and training. - Excellent Communication Skills and Good excel proficiency. - Analytical skills : The candidate must be highly analytical with experience in using objective data to drive strategic recommendations. Experience of collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing large data and complex data sets using commonly available tools (e.g., Excel, Access) is essential. - Flexibility - the scope of the role is limited only by the capacity of the individual to add value. Flexibility of thought and a willingness to engage in a wide range of issues at all levels of detail will be vital. - Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to explain protocol and processes to the team.
