Description: You will support the Annuity & Life Insurance Product Management and Business Development teams across the line of business within Wealth Management at J.P. Morgan; Chase Wealth Management, JPMorgan Securities and the Private Bank. This may include aspects of product onboarding, product management, product development along with communicating and assisting with managing carrier and vendor relationships. The candidate should be a self-starter, execution-focused and ability to drive tasks and projects to completion. The ability to work across line of business and across function (including sales, operations, technology, marketing, legal, risk, compliance) is paramount in delivering a world-class offering and client experience. Job Responsibilities: - Analyze the Annuity & Life Insurance business leveraging data to help business growth by providing research and analysis on existing and new business opportunities - Support implementation of the operating model in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (Business Leads, Client Service, Operations, and Technology) - Project manage product, carrier and vendor onboarding assisting with various committee and due diligence efforts - Lead the carrier due diligence process for onboarding and ongoing monitoring for carriers, product and vendorsin partnership with the Life Insurance product development team assisting with various committee requirements - Facilitate change-management and syndication discussions with key stakeholders from each line of business - Understand and define business needs in context of short and long-term objectives - Manage review product pipeline and approval process for new product launch across line of business Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: - CA/MBA with 2+ years of experience - Prior experience required in product management in financial services; Annuity & Life Insurance related experience is a plus - High attention to detail and the ability to be a dynamic member of a team - Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint - Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills and poise giving presentations, especially to senior management - Demonstrated aptitude for sales support and client relationship management JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
