You have found the right team. - As the Investment Relations Professional in our Investment Solutions team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm - Your role in Endowments & Foundations and Outsourced Chief Investment Office team you will partner with the core multi asset and thematic portfolio management teams to educate and communicate the discretionary portfolios to advisors. - In this position, you will be responsible for assisting on advisor/investor communications, client experience priorities and strategic initiatives for our discretionary portfolios for one of the largest global wealth managers. - Team of Portfolio Managers that work with J.P. Morgan advisor teams to deliver customized investment portfolios in single sleeves and multi asset class space for large and complex clients: Endowments, Foundations and Institutional Families Role and Responsibilities : - Serve as a resource to educate and provide information to the sales force on a large number of funds/strategies on the global Private Bank platform - primarily focused on the Endowments and Foundations - Prioritize and respond to a high volume of advisor inquiries across multiple channels (e-mail, phone, instant messenger) - Leverage knowledge about our investments solutions, the markets, and views from the Chief Investment Office to assist in writing portfolio commentary - Work with senior team members to develop and help drive initiatives aimed at improving the advisor/client experience (both internal & external), including increasing the efficiency of information flow and communication channels between different areas of the business - Oversee quality control checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy for content created by the team - Assist in developing and updating presentations and marketing materials for clients and internal meetings - Liaise with internal stakeholders (due diligence, finance, compliance, business management, etc.) on a variety of initiatives, including regulatory, technology, etc. - Handling Advisor and Client needs (inbox management, questions on Donor Advised Funds, reporting needs, etc. Requirements : - 1-3 years of work experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related field - CA/MBA/CFA preferred or Finance Graduates with relevant work experience within the Investor relations space - Good knowledge of and genuine interest in financial markets and investments products - Experience in R equest for Proposals /Request For Information content writing - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe PDF - Work on time sensitive ad-hoc analysis and projects - Create Request for Proposals to prospect new business. As a Proposal Writer you will be responsible for developing timely, cohesive, high-quality, and competitive proposals.
