JP Morgan Chase - Analyst - Global Real Estate Investment Specialist

As Real Estate Marketing & Client Relations Professional within our dynamic Global Real Estate team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Total Experience: 1 - 6 years

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and update marketing collateral including pitch books, product profiles, and ad-hoc materials.

- Update consultant databases in partnership with the dedicated team.

- Complete RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires and prepare competitor analysis on Real Estate funds.

- Partner with internal groups, consultants, and clients to answer questions and address issues with timely, accurate delivery.

- Maintain internal databases, client cash-flows, Fund AUMs, and other books on a monthly and quarterly basis.

- Support fund-level investor reporting for the Real Estate Americas platform including statements, snapshots, and quarterly/annual reports.

- Review data and reports to identify gaps and issues with a high level of competency.

- Identify and execute efficiency initiatives to improve team productivity.

- Participate in weekly meetings, info-shares, and fund webcasts.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- At least 1 year experience in financial product analysis or client services.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented approach with focus on data accuracy.

- Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfort working across multiple time zones.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred.

- CFA preferred.

- Knowledge of the Global Real Estate market is a plus.
