You have found the right team. - As the Financial Analysis professional in our Corporate line of business, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm - Your team is The Corporate Sector Planning & Analysis ("CS P&A") organization is comprised of CFO teams that support their respective Corporate functions including Legal, Human Resources, Audit, Corporate Responsibility, and Communications, that supports Corporate Sector as a whole, approximately 20 groups and $14B of expense. - The Corporate Sector P&A teams are responsible for partnering with the function's leadership team to achieve its financial, strategic and control objectives. - You will be responsible for Corporate/Firmwide Expense and headcount Analysis within Global Corporate Planning & Analysis (P&A) group and India Finance within Regional Corporate Planning & Analysis (P&A) group. The position will work closely with staff in the US and India management to help in their MIS reporting requirements. - You will be well balanced qualitatively and quantitatively, recognizing and escalating important variances, with an understanding of the underlying drivers. Job Responsibilities : - Assist annual planning. Focus on the Corporate Sector Hierarchy management functions - Prepare Corporate Sector EMR / Finance EMR - Weekly, monthly, quarterly financial and headcount reporting - Transaction and vendor analysis. Interact with functional Relationship Managers and business partners within the CS P&A group - Present to Senior Management with overview of services, analytical reviews of year over year as well as forward looking view of expenses and impact on recoveries - Participate in projects related to the development of expense policy and system enhancements and reinforcing expense awareness mindset throughout the function - Assist in any adhoc projects or tasks as needed Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills : - 3+ years of financial analysis experience in the financial services industry - Excellent analytical, customer service and problem solving skills - Ability to clearly communicate and present information - Must be detail-oriented, but also able to summarize data to assist with management decisions - Ability to understand complex systems and partner to drive change - Proactively manage the process, respond immediately to issues, and offer solutions - Proven ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, desire to learn quickly, and be flexible Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills : - Manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deliverables - Experience with expense analysis, business commentary writing, budgeting and forecasting - Strong knowledge of Corporate Financial systems including: Essbase, SAP, Forecasting tools, Pitch-pro, Doc pro, MS Office presentation tools - Knowledge about Alteryx, Tableau will be added advantage JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
