Specific responsibilities : - Create presentations for CIB R&amp;A seniors for business development of their specific units with global stakeholders and follow-up on specific requirements of the stakeholders - Assist the management in setting up of new teams and in successfully running - pilots by helping in IAS charters, documentation, hiring, governance etc. - Assist in CIB R&amp;A reporting at various levels including Corporate Centers, Global Business Heads and other functions like Risk, Compliance, etc. - Work along with the Business Control Officer for CIB R&amp;A to strengthen controls within CIB R&amp;A - Play an active role in CIB R&amp;A specific automation projects which help in driving new capabilities within CIB R&amp;A, ranging from understanding business requirements from the CIB R&amp;A head or LOB heads and helping execute the identified projects - Developing a fair understanding of all CIB R&amp;A sub-functions and help ideate for new wholesale businesses which can be pitched for a CIB R&amp;A presence - Work along with local HR, L&amp;D, CAO teams etc. to drive CIB R&amp;A wide initiatives like common induction for CIB R&amp;A, training programs for upskilling CIB R&amp;A employees as well as avenues for interaction with each other by helping the HR drive knowledge-sharing initiatives - Work with the finance partners on the Plans, HLP and other CAO related submissions - Maintain and organize a knowledge repository of CIB R&amp;A related documents Qualifications :&nbsp; - A degree in finance or engineering is required; advanced degree in finance or computer science is desirable - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as a high level of self-initiative required, including an ability to balance and execute multiple projects at once and deliver results under tight time constraints - Good understanding of various businesses and roles of the bank in the wholesale banking side - Relevant work experience in Product, Sales, Strategy, Business Management, Finance or Technology domain - Understanding of key automation technologies is a plus - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Comfortable facing off to senior management and Business heads within the firm - Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently across different businesses and functional areas - Ability to work under pressure - Strong critical thinking skills, with thorough attention to detail - Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint
