Asset Management - Luxembourg Registrations - Analyst Description: Job Responsibilities: - Initial Registration of funds in new or existing jurisdictions - Notification of new share class registrations - Notification of pre-marketing of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) - Fund maintenance and regulatory notification of fund corporate events - Oversight of the payment of regulatory fees, listing fees, third party vendor fees - Listing of Irish ETFs on the main European and Mexican stock exchanges - Oversight of outsourced vendor engagements linked to Registrations Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: - 2-3 years relevant experience in asset management (preferable), administrative orientation. - Excellent language and communication skills (English oral & written); ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels - Methodical and self-disciplined, detail-oriented - Self-motivated and able to use own initiative - Good coordination, ability to multi-task and time management - Flexibility and Stress resistance; ability to adapt to change and volumes - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: - Project management skills - Liaising with internal stakeholders JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
