Position Summary : - The Revenue Capture & Client Change team works in close partnership with on-shore teams based in New York, London and Hong Kong within the front-office aligned Pricing and Strategic Billing function. - The role also entails extensive contact with a number of different on-shore teams including Product Management, Sales & Relationship Management, Operations, Client Service, Billing and Technology teams. It is responsible for : - Undertaking detailed data analysis to identify revenue leakage/uplift opportunities - Performing detailed profitability analysis across our global client base - Delivering key aspects of analysis and implementation of a global program to improve client billing processes and standards - Pro-actively researching and resolving issues, escalating where necessary - Providing support, analysis and documentation to enable effective discussions and negotiations with clients - Ability to analyze and review findings to identify trends and opportunities and convert into recommendations for management - Producing governance decks and bespoke reporting with trend analysis Required Skills/Experience : - Masters Degree with 4 - 6 years of experience (preferably at a Custodian bank and/or a financial data background) - Analytical mind set with experience of producing meaningful statistics using large scale data. - Enhanced MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc. - Experience with API is preferable - Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Role involves extensive co-ordination with the front office organisation. - Team player with demonstrated ability to work in and create a cohesive work environment. - Ability to prioritise and work across multiple work streams
