The Opportunity:
The Supply Partnerships team is critical to Joveo's success, building and maintaining strong relationships with our global network of supply partners (publishers, job boards, aggregators, niche sites, etc.). As a Manager - Global Partner Account Management, you will be responsible for nurturing these vital relationships, ensuring the optimal performance of our supply sources, and driving mutual growth. You will be a key player in expanding Joveo's reach and effectiveness in connecting employers with job seekers worldwide.
Role Summary:
The Manager - Global Partner Account Management will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Joveo's key global supply partners. This role requires a blend of strong relationship management skills, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising/recruitment media landscape. You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned partners, focusing on maximizing value from these relationships, driving performance improvements, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of global supply partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs, MBRs) with partners to discuss performance, strategic initiatives, market trends, and areas for growth.
- Understand partner capabilities, roadmaps, and business objectives to identify alignment opportunities with Joveo's strategy.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Continuously monitor the performance of supply partners against key metrics (e.g., job volume, apply rates, conversion quality, fill rates, eCPM, profitability).
- Utilize data and analytics to identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and propose optimization strategies to both partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Ad Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales) to resolve technical issues, implement new features, and enhance partner integrations.
Growth & Expansion:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for deeper integration, expansion into new markets/verticals, and diversification of job types with existing partners.
- Work closely with the Business Development/Partner Acquisition team on onboarding new partners, ensuring a smooth transition to account management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies in the programmatic recruitment media space to inform partner strategies.
Contract & Commercial Management:
- Support contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments with supply partners, ensuring favorable terms for Joveo.
- Manage commercial terms, pricing models, and payment processes in collaboration with Finance and Legal teams.
Internal Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as the internal advocate for supply partners, communicating their needs, challenges, and opportunities to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on partner performance, strategic initiatives, and market insights.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and processes for the Supply Partnerships team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, partner management, or publisher management roles within the digital advertising, ad tech, programmatic media, or recruitment advertising industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing complex client/partner relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of programmatic advertising concepts (RTB, SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges), ad serving technologies, and digital media metrics.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed global team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with technology platforms.
- Familiarity with advertising trends and ecosystem.
- Experience with global partners and understanding of different regional market nuances.
- Fluency in an additional language (besides English) relevant to key global markets.
