About the Role:

The Senior Associate - New Initiatives will work closely with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives and leadership team to support the planning and execution of strategic business priorities. The role offers an opportunity to work across business functions, contribute to AI-led growth initiatives, conduct business research and analysis, and support projects that improve organizational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Chief of Strategic Initiatives and leadership team in executing high-priority business initiatives.

- Assist in identifying opportunities for AI-led growth, operational efficiency, and business transformation.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business performance assessments to generate actionable insights.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical frameworks to support leadership decision-making.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project progress and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.

- Assist in developing frameworks to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

- Monitor project milestones, identify execution gaps, and support teams in resolving operational challenges.

- Contribute to initiatives focused on scaling business operations and improving organizational effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 0 - 3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or Founder's Office roles.

- Exposure to technology, SaaS, or high-growth startup environments is preferred.

- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop logical, data-backed recommendations.

- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Strong interest in AI, technology, business strategy, and the future of work.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility for assignments.
