- As a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the design, execution, and optimization of social media marketing strategies for Joveo's brand and its clients.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to create impactful, data-driven social media campaigns that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
- This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for social media marketing, a deep understanding of audience engagement, and experience in managing high-performance campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:.
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and manage comprehensive social media marketing strategies across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Lead the creation and execution of organic and paid social media campaigns to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing and business goals.
- Analyze target audiences to craft relevant and impactful content that resonates with followers and promotes interaction.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as engagement rates, impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
- Continuously optimize campaigns by A/B testing, adjusting content, and improving targeting strategies to maximize results.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. ) to provide actionable insights and reports on campaign effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Maintain close collaboration with content, creative, and performance marketing teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Work closely with external partners and agencies to drive execution and maintain high-quality performance.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on campaign performance.
- Present strategic social media recommendations to senior leadership and clients, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and recruitment objectives.
- Address client queries and provide expert advice on social media marketing to enhance recruitment and branding strategies.
Innovation and Best Practices:.
- Stay informed of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.
- Experiment with new formats, platforms, and strategies to enhance the impact of campaigns and improve performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and campaign management tools.
Qualifications:.
- 4-6 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record in campaign management, performance optimisation, and strategy development.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising tools (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Instagram, Twitter, Google Ads, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new digital marketing innovations.
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Experience in recruitment marketing or B2B marketing is a plus.
