Role Overview As an Engagement Manager at Joveo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients by managing and optimizing their recruitment advertising campaigns. You will work closely with our clients, understanding their needs, and aligning our solutions to achieve their hiring goals. Your expertise in customer engagement, data analysis, and project management will drive client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and objectives to provide strategic advice and solutions. Campaign Management: Oversee the execution and optimization of client recruitment advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients. Utilize data and analytics to make informed recommendations for campaign improvements. Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction. Strategic Consultation: Provide clients with insights and best practices in recruitment advertising. Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Joveo services. Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within Joveo. Gather and relay client feedback to product and development teams. Advocate for client needs and ensure they are addressed in product updates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in client management, preferably in the recruitment advertising or digital marketing industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
